Cleaning rules

Remove exact duplicatesRows that are identical across every column. Flag near-duplicatesSame email or phone, different name spelling/casing. Normalize emailsLowercase, trimmed, whitespace removed. Normalize phone numbersStrip formatting to digits, consistent pattern. Title-case names"john SMITH" → "John Smith". Drop empty rowsRows with no meaningful data in any column.

Good to know

Does my file get uploaded anywhere? No. Everything runs in your browser tab. The file never touches a server.

What if it flags a row that isn't actually a duplicate? Flagged rows are left in the file, not removed — they're marked for you to check, nothing is deleted automatically.

Will it work with any column names? It looks for columns containing "name," "email," or "phone" in the header. Rename headers first if your columns are labeled differently.
